Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta Hotel, Nuevo Vallarta

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On the bright side, the location is great and the views from the rooms are stunning. The pools were well-kept and often had activities, making them a fun spot to relax. However, the dining options were generally disappointing, especially the buffet, and the service was inconsistent. The rooms could use some updates as well, given that comfort and cleanliness were hit or miss during my stay.

This resort is exceptionally well-maintained, with a friendly atmosphere that feels welcoming to everyone. The staff goes above and beyond, making for a pleasant stay. The dining options are diverse, with a solid buffet and great à la carte meals. However, the challenges of chair hoarding at the pool and certain room positions could be improved.
